Spring Menu with a Touch of Homemade

Lately I am in the mood for any and everything home-cooked or home-grown… Chris and I are having family and friends over more often and my newest thrill is cooking comfort food from scratch (aka food that sends you in to spinning flashbacks of your childhood). For this week’s Spring Menu, I wanted to share some of my favorite dishes and drinks that bring love and comfort to my dinner table.
.
For starters serve this fresh tangelo, avocado and heirloom tomato salad, follow it up with chicken and biscuit pot pie casserole (it’s incredible!), and top it off with a little raspberry honey tapioca. For and encore I like to bust out these fun chocolate ice cubes in fresh milk for a cool after dinner treat 🙂
